NEWS LETTER AND ANNUAL REPORT Vanderburgh County Soil and Water Conservation District publishes and distributes a quarterly newsletter designed to reach farm operators, landowners, teachers, local agencies, public officials, conservation organizations, and other interested individuals. The newsletter offers a variety of information from help for the urban and rural land/home owner to what is going on in the district. Call or e-mail Bonnie Bittner (812) 867-0729 to be added to our mailing list or to put an ad in the newsletter.
SOIL SURVEY: You may visit our office and use our Soil Survey Book. We will make a copy of the page for you. If you want to own a Vanderburgh County Soil Survey book contact: Kwik Kopy, 41 North Business Park - Hwy 41 at Mt Pleasant Road (812) 867-9390. They will copy the soil survey book, cost is $17.00 for Black and White and $18.00 if you want the one colored page in color. We also have the soil survey on disk, just call (812) 867-0729 or come in the office for one.
